I'm currently trying to download a map to my mobile device and receiving an error message stating "Map Download Failed: Unable to download the map". When I checked "More" it stated "The map does not support being downloaded to a device."
However I enabled the options to allow the map to being downloaded and to be utilized offline on ArcGIS Online. I'm reaching to the point to choose the basemap prior to downloading and the message is appearing.
Can anyone inform on what could possibly creating that issue?
Make sure all layers are hosted feature services with add,update,delete & sync enabled and that there are no other layers in the map like map note layers.
