Is anyone having problems with Video "being corrupt" when taken in latest version of Collector App?

I have created a new collector app exactly as I have in past.  I enabled create attachments.  During tests I take photo and video.  When I view the data collected within a web map, I can see the photo(s) taken, but when I try viewing the video, it returns a "Video can't be played because the file is corrupt".  It does this on multiple devices.  If I use the same device(s) in a Collector App that I created with a previous version, I am able to view the video.  Anyone else having this occur?
