We use android and IPad devices. I can add a point and attach a photo with the android, but if I use the IPad I can collect a point, but I am not allowed to attach a photo. I can add attachments on my desktop computer directly from AGOL. I deleted and re-installed the collector app on the IPad, but this did not correct the problem.
