I am new to using Collector, but know how to sync data collected offline with my maps. A few of my colleagues are very nervous about data existing in the cloud, and would like to be able to pull the data directly off of our iPad for use. I have followed the instructions here:
https://community.esri.com/thread/170427?q=Recover%20data
Tuto: Collector for ArcGIS: Go (really) offline! | CartoBLOG
I have the runtime geodatabase files on my desktop, however, I do not have the correct license for the tools in the instructions above (running 10.2 with a Basic license).
Does anybody know of another way to make these files usable?
Thanks.
I believe the tool you need to use was introduced at 10.3, so you'd need either Desktop 10.3 or 10.4 at any licence level to use it.
Be sure to vote for Sync Collector for ArcGIS via USB! It shouldn't be this hard to perform two-way sync with collector. ArcPad does it (which is going away), why not collector?
