Getac z710 unable to sync after October update

We have several tablets that we use to collect offline data and then sync to AGOL. We've got Getac z710 rugged android tablets (4.1.1) and Samsung Tab A tablets (6.0.1). After the October update, the Getac tablets no longer sync. When I click to sync, it acts like it is starting, then Collector shuts down and comes back up with no changes to the sync count and no error message or anything. This happens on every Getac tablet no matter how many edits. I've tried different maps, factory resetting the tablet, different network connections, etc...nothing works. The Samsung's continue to function normally. Anyone know what could be going on here?
