When trying to download a map set up with read only data for offline use, I get an error on Android devices but not IOS devices? It will download when the server is not enabled to require a log in but if you lock the service requiring the second log in Android throws an error every time saying that a layer does not have the correct editing capabilities. IOS devices don't have the same issue?
