Have you been able to resolve the Collector Sync errors you reported here? If not, please contact Esri Support and submit a Support case so that you can work with Support analyst to resolve this error and start using the Collector for ArcGIS app. Please mention you were directed to work with Esri Support from this GeoNet post.

I have had these sync errors on occasion when the internet connection is poor.
Try to connect with a better WiFi or Cellular connection and try again. It should work.

I am getting this message now. I have tried with a number of networks, and it still is not working. I was testing this along with a number of other devices. It worked well until I have tried to Sync the data and I got this error.
I need to get these points back.
