When I create a table frame with attributes from a feature class, it would be really helpful to be able to set the number of columns in the table frame. For example below I have TYPE and AREA (ACRES) listed in the table frame in three separate column groups. I want the ability to have 4 or 5 column groups. Please let me know if this can already be done. I just couldn't find how to do it anywhere.

I am having trouble explaining a Collector accuracy issue below. Can anyone help? https://community.esri.com/thread/228178-collector-for-arcgis-accuracy-discrepancy

Wendy, thanks for the response. Can you explain what you mean by the geoprcessing cache?

I agree, this is absolutely ridiculous. I waste so much time converting labels to annotation in pro. ArcMap is almost instantaneous compared to Pro. Just populating the parameters in the Convert Labels to Annotation geoprocessing tool takes ten minutes because Pro just sits there spinning it's wheels. I was very excited to use Pro and now I regret moving large projects to Pro.

In ArcMap you can select multiple geodatabase annotations in the map that have leaders and move them around without losing the leader line anchor location. Currently in Pro you can select multiple annotations however the leader lines anchor points are also moved the same distance the annotation is moved, thus changing the object/location the annotation is pointing out.

This is still an issue in Pro 2.3. Converting map labels to map annotation is very slow. I meet or exceed the hardware requirements for pro 2.3 and have updated graphic drivers to most current available. My data is not very large/complex - point, line, polygon feature classes in a file geodatabase stored on a server. Less than 70 features in the project. I converted map labels to an annotation feature class successfully, however 2 labels took about 4 minutes to complete. Just 2 labels?...

There needs to be the ability to align items in layouts such as text and graphic elements to the last item selected. For example in ArcMap if I have a scale bar, a rectangle, and some text I can select the items in that order and if I align to center, the items will all align to the text because it was the last item selected in the group.

I have noticed that after updating to Pro 2.3 the ability to nudge graphics and text in layouts has stopped working. For example, if I have a legend, north, arrow, and some text I want to nudge either all together or separately. I used to be able to do this by selecting the items and then I could use the arrow keys while holding down either Shift or Ctrl to nudge different distances. Has anyone else experienced this?

Can someone please explain the below Collector for ArcGIS accuracy discrepancies to me? I took a number of points shown below using the Collector App and an R1 external GPS receiver. About half of the points were logged using GPS averaging and half of the point I did not use GPS averaging. The R1 unit should provide sub-meter location accuracy using SBAS real time corrections. I made sure that the GPS source was set to the Trimble unit in Collector and also made sure I was using the correct Location profile in Collector. While logging all points the GPS accuracy within the app read 1 to 2 feet but never above 3 feet. The accuracy for the points that did not use GPS averaging never reached a horizontal accuracy of 0.664 meters. The points that were logged using GPS averaging never reached an average horizontal accuracy of 0.600 meters. I have attached a table with GPS metadata that shows this. I have two main questions: 1) Shouldn’t logging with GPS averaging give a tighter cluster of points?? My test points show a cluster of points that is more spread out than the cluster of points that were logged not using GPS averaging. Why is this? 2) Because I am using an external GPS device that should log points with sub-meter (<1 meter) accuracy, why are the two clusters of points showing the points with the greatest distance between them in their respective cluster greater than 1 meter (3.28 feet)?? Shouldn’t all the points in each cluster be within 1 meter (3.28 feet) of each other? It is important to point out that I set the R1 external device on a rigid surface and was not moving the unit around at all while logging all points. The GPS unit was in the exact same place while logging all points. Also while using averaging, I set the number of averaging points to 30. Please help me wrap my brain around this because it’s making me question the accuracy of our data and the validity of both claims made by Collector and the R1 unit as a high accuracy GPS data collection alternative. Collector Version: 18.1.0 IOS: 12.1.3 Thanks,
