Collector Multiple Choices?

Hello.  Is it possible to create a field in the collector app where multiple selections are possible?  I have no problem creating the pick list with the choices, but I would like for a user to be able to select more than one choice from the list.

This is currently not supported at the geodatabase level. Only one option in the domain picklist can be selected at a time.

Is it possible to integrate Survey 123 with collector to solve this case or any other work around?
