In the following article, it says " Collector supports these nested relationships but only 3 relationship classes deep (hydrant > inspections > violations)."

but it seems it is only true on Android, but not iOS. I only have 3 levels of relationship in my case.
My iOS and Collector are all up to date.

what is the issue do you see in iOS?
The nested relate table won't be shown in iOS in my iPad, I am not sure about iPhone. It works on my nexus5 though.
Can you share your map to a group and invite the account Collector4ArcGIS into it?

I just tried again, and it worked on my iPad!
Exactly the same map and the same Collector!
I can't believe my eyes... but that's it. was it because I restarted my iPad last night? I might never know.
