Collector (Classic) for ArcGIS 18.0.2 - Windows 7 executable help

Hello,
           I am trying to compile a hybrid imagery basemap for offline use. I have downloaded Collector Classic and unzipped the package. However, I can't seem to find a .exe file inside of the folder. I am new to this and appreciate your help. Do I need to install an additional program to actually make Collector Classic function on my Windows 7 machine?

Good Morning Daniel, 

I believe collector only works on Windows 10 or higher.  In addition, I would encourage you to develop a workflow on Collector as Collector Classic is scheduled to be discontinued by the end of the year.  Collector Classic is retiring
