ArcGIS Collector Sync Error

I am trying to sync offline edits with ArcGIS Online and I keep recieveing a sync error. The error message says unable to synchronize replica. Sync replica internal error - {C81891B3-15F1-4D60-B1AF-D9F9D1D4C1CE]. I just tried to submit one point feature and it got this message. Any Idea what is causing this?

I have been messing around with the web map and trying to get features to sync. I have managed to get the features to sync only if I fill out every attribute including a comments section, but i still receive the above sync error even though the features were synced. There are no domains and I have no yellow triangle next to an attribute indicating that it is required. For our

What version of Collector are you using and what operating system is it installed on?
