We're considering running Collector over a digital radio network, but before we go too far has anyone looked at data consumption by Collector.
When we were using ArcGIS Mobile for the same type of data (points, lines and polygons with no attachments) on PCs we had very small data transfers. We had definition queries limiting the data to the last week and we would get something like 20-100KB per minute.
I guess it's like asking how long is a length of string as it would just depend on how much data you're syncing.
Is the data compressed before synchronizing?
How well does Collector deal with long transfer times?
