While using Collector for ArcGIS for site inspection purposes, the user should be able to trigger a timer that would start as soon as the user hits submit after doing a field inspection. This timer would then notify the user after a set amount of time has elapsed that the site needs to be reinspected again. This would also change the symbology of the feature to allow for better visual notification on the map display.
