Hi

I'm just starting to look at Web scenes, and have been going through your lovely tutorial. I've exported my web scene as requested but when I try to preview the 3ws file, it just delivers a blank screen in my webbrowser, although it does have the esri watermark in the bottom righthand corner. I am using Internet Explorer 8 as my default browser.

I was wondering if this could have anything to do with the dagol command? Or do you have any other suggestions why it's happening?

Thanks!

Joanne

Hi,
Try using FireFox or Google Chrome as the web browser to view your web scene online. IE doesn't work yet with web GL protocol.
Hope this helps,
Scott

Hmm...well that'll cause some issues, I was able to get it working in crome but no one else in my company is allowed to use anything but IE because otherwise it stuffs up our system. Is this issue going to be fixed soon? Because otherwise this effectively renders the Web Scene stuff useless to us which is unfortunate as it seems to have a lot of potential!

Hi !

Check here :

http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/010q/010q000000nw000000.htm

IE is also supported, but needs the Google Chrome Frame Plugin.

Cheers !
