Keep attributes when exporting to ArcScene

Hello there,

I can export my model to ArcScene now using Collada. But somehow, the number of features in the original shapefile is altered during the import into City Engine. This means, after exporting back to ArcScene, the total count of 3D buildings does not match with the building footprints stored in my shapefile/FGDB. I am able to see and use the attributes within CityEgine. But during the export process, they are lost. Is it somehow possible to keep the object attributes during the export from CityEngine to ArcScene?

try tracking this issue down with colored models which you export

Lot -->
    color(1,0,0)
    Lot.

then compare in ArcScene which buildings are not in CityEngine.

we're working on the attribute export (GDB) via reports. that's not yet working in 2011.2, sadly.
