Group layers do not save with project

I'm using CE 2015.1 and am trying to utilize the "Layer Group" option in my project scene. I can initially group layers without any problem, but once I close CE or go to another scene, my layer groups disappear. Has anyone else had this issue or know how I can resolve it?

So you can reproduce this effect consistently?

Does it happen on more than one specific project?

I tested that out on a new project and it did save the layer groups in that case - so it seems to only happen in the current project I'm working on, which has multiple scenes.

If you have the time, would you consider sending me your project with instructions to reproduce the effect?

If so, then just make a copy of your project saved right before the bug happens, and zip the project and send me a link to download it via private message.

If I can make it happen on my machine, then I will submit a bug report to the developers.
