CityEngine Won't Start

I am using the CityEngine trial.  It was working fine for a little while, but now when I go to start CityEngine, it shows the below CityEngine splash screen for a few seconds:

And then city engine closes.  No error messages or anything.  I recently received an email saying that my trial was 2 weeks until it was done, but that would not be related to this would it?  I did try reauthorizing it but it said that all requested features were already authorized on this machine.  I also tried a re-install of CityEngine.

Has anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

My first step in troubleshooting CE startup problems is making the workspace folder unavailable (rename it).

Thanks, that fixed it.  The old one must have been corrupted.
