CityEngine 2020 won't start properly

I have the CityEngine Version 2020.0 on my working computer. I installed it on Tuesday May 31st 2022. It has been worked fine for a day. However, on June 2nd 2022 it won't start on my computer. The software would only show this CityEngine Version 2020.0 icon and then disappear and the application won't start. Been trying to figure out how to solve this problem for a day and a half. 

I tried the solution I found in Community and they didn't work. 

First solution I tried was to remove the default workspace folder.

Second solution I tried was to remove .data file in FLEXnet folder.

I am wondering, how can I solve this problem.

Also, I tried uninstall this and reinstall multiple times. It won't work.
