I try to create zoning plan in ArcGIS Urban and send it to do detail design in ArcGIS CityEngine.

I can use .cga rule file with the plausible shape building

but I can't use landscape rule file with the parcel because it will apply to the whole parcel
It doesn't subtract the building footprint out of the parcel

How could I make ArcGIS Urban or ArcGIS CityEngine know that the left space from creating the building along with FAR, OSR, BCR is the space for Landscape?

Hi there,
The ArcGIS Urban integration in CityEngine supports ground spaces in addition to surface and building spaces. On import, ground spaces are added to the same layer as surface spaces so it is best to do this in Urban before importing into CityEngine and then apply Esri.lib or your custom plant rules to those imported spaces.
