Thanks for the reply.  I'm trying to find any free downloads first.  The site you mentioned might have what I need but it looks like I'd have to pay for the data.

As it turns out, Trimble has a Open Street Map Data marketplace and they had exactly what I was looking for.  And it was free.  Seems to be a good resource.
