Hi,

Can we run 64bit CityEngine against a 32bit Licence Server?  Or do we have to have 64bit on both systems?
The product descriptions don't really make this clear.

Thanks

Hi !

I got your answer, provided by one of the tech leads.

The answer is "yes".
ArcGIS License manager is actually a 32 bit application and the communication between CE client and license manager is TCP/IP. So CE 64bit can communicate with our 32 bit LM.

Hope this helps !

Matt
