CityEngine 2022.0 and earlier: Get Map Data textures are limited to 2K resolution

Recently, there have been changes to the Esri raster base map servers.
Unfortunately, the way CityEngine 2022.0 and earlier executes queries in Get Map Data is not fully supported anymore.

From now on, requests from CityEngine 2022.0 and earlier must be limited to Medium (2k) resolution.

To download base maps with up to 8k resolution, please update to the most recent version of CityEngine (2022.1 or newer).
