When I run the tool "Generate Segmentation Profile Report" in Business Analyst Pro, and I select all report formats or just an excel-based format such as stripped XLS, I only get pdf and html format reports and the reports are Customer Tapestry Profiles? I don't understand why this is occurring or how to fix it. Any advice? I want to view the report in excel format.
