Custom web application with business location data

I would like to create a custom web application using Business Analyst data and ArcGIS JavaScript API. Is it possible to do?  My organization has both BOA and AGOL subscriptions.  My impression is that Business data is only available in BOA not AGOL.  I would very much appreciate if you could refer a documentation that answers my question or possible options, and suggestions.

That is possible using the GeoEnrichment capability in the ArcGIS API. More information is here: Demographics and Lifestyle Data | ArcGIS for Developers
