Voting application with appstudio

I wanted to know if it was possible to make a voting application with Appstudio, retrieve the data and display it on a dashboard...

Before going down the development path, have you seen the public surveys in Survey123? If you have and that doesn't fit your need,  I would suggest that you start with the Quick Report. This will allow you set up your questions/fields in the feature service and away you go.

Hi @gareth walter, I hope you found a solution, I also modified the code of my application by adding the url of my Survey123 form but nothing changes. The application opens with the Survey gallery
