I want to know all the money that is needed for creating and publishing an app? Is it possible to pay once? or for adding extensions, .. or developing in the future it needs extra money? how about using the customer? does it also need more money? Please clarify it for me?

We have just posted a video discussing the different licensing considerations when building and distributing apps with AppStudio.  The video does not give exact prices (which can vary in different parts of the world), but it does talk about what is available for free, part of your ArcGIS subscription, or a separate cost.
