Unfortunately, we don't have the support to generate XCARCHIVE and AAB in AppStudio for ArcGIS when building an app via Cloud Make. We have a plan to support AAB for Android in the future when Qt starts supporting AAB which is scheduled for Qt 5.14. Qt 5.14 Release - Qt Wiki
For XCARCHIVE, there is a way to do it if you use Local Make in AppStudio, and generate the XCARCHIVE as the output from XCode.
Our suggestion is to possibly find a way to convert the IPA and APK that our Cloud Make produces to XCARCHIVE and AAB.
