When I attempt to Upload and Update our app to ArcGIS I am getting: 'Item does not exist in this folder. 400' This error occurs when the upload is at 50%. It has previously been working. Any ideas on how to resolve?

Ive encountered this when i was logged in as one user, but then tried to update an item that belonged to a different user. Is that likely in your case?

At one stage I transferred to ownership of the Android .apk to another user within our organisation. I wouldn't expect that the .apk alone would change the ownership properties of the whole app, but maybe that is what has happened?

Open up arcgis.com and take a look at the items to be sure. Your looking for item with the type 'native application'. that's the one that you are updating from within AppStudio. The apk will have a type 'native application installer' (and typically lives in a My Apps folder).
