Zoom in out causing breaks my application

Hello everyone,

My web application is working fine but i have noticed it if i do far zoom in and out continuesly then it breaks my application.Please help me why i am having this issue?

and if you do lot zoom in out it will crash the application.and also it is very slow It just has 300 records.

My application is in silverlight arcgis .and my zap file is arount 2271 and my internet upload speed is around 0.70 MB.
