I am new to Arcgis API for silverlight.I tried to publish a service through silverlight and while debuging, the error " NotImplementedException was unhandled by usercode" is comming. I am stopped here. Please help me.
Not easy to help you out with so little info. What do you mean by 'publish a service'?
I want to publish a service (Connect to the arcgis server) through silverlight API (VB Script). and i want to know if we have to give access permission for the arcgis server to the Silverlight API(MS .Net). when i tried to public another online service it was working. but access from the server was not working.
