Query Related Records in Services Directory Returns Error

I'm unable to Query Related Records in the my Service Directory.  The Service is an mxd with the related table in the TOC.  A Relationship Class is created and works fine in the mxd.

http://50.17.235.236:8002/ArcGIS/rest/services/Testing/MapServer/0

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We have seen this issue in our case. What we did is as below;

1. Delete the Relationship class.
2. Use simple relate in mxd.(the one you get by right clicking layer in the mxd.)
3. then publish the service.
