Identify graphics layer inside a group layer

Hi,

I have created a group layer programatically and have populated its childlayers with few graphic layers. When I click on a graphic layer feature to see its attributes, nothing comes up (not even the identify dialog) implying that the Identify behaviour isn't working.

Is this a bug?

By default, a graphicslayer has no maptip nor popup (infowindow).
