how to intersect a drawn polygon with other layers?

Hi all,

I draw a polygon on a graphics layer. There are also other layers in the map, for example "county". I want to know which counties in the "county" layer are cut by this polygon (counties c an intersect with the the polygon since the counties are also polygons, or they can be contained in the polygon). I search for solution in API, but cant find it. I really appreciate that you can give me some information or suggestion to solve this. 🙂
