hello,
i want to change the maximum extent of my map, how can i do please ?

Not sure what you mean by changing the maximum extent of your map, but if you need to constraint your map extent to a specific extent you can look at this sample : http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/silverlight/samples/start.htm#ConstrainExtentBehavior

i want when i click in full extent, map dont exceed my initial extend.

Open your map and zoom to the extent you want when you use the Full extent.
Right click on your data frame (usually called "Layer") and select Properties
Select the Data Frame tab
Under "Extent Used By Full Extent Command" select "Other" and click on "Specify Extent..."
Select "Current Visible Extent" and click on OK twice

You've now set your maximum extent.
