ESRI Silverlight Templates Missing

When developing in VS 2008 and 1.3 we used to see several ESRI templates (ESRI Standard Map Application and ESRI Showcase Map Application) when we selected File>New Project.    I don't see these options when using VS 2010 and 2.0 (see attachment).   Are they missing (or non-existant)?   Did we miss something in the install?

Try to install Expression Blend 4.

As a minimum you need the Expression Blend 4 SDK (or the full Expression Blend install) prior to installing the Silverlight API Setup to get the templates.

Installing the Expression Blend for Silverlight 4 SDK and then uninstalling and installing the 2.0 fixed this issue (the modify and repair option don't fix the template issue - you much uninstall/install the API instead).  

Its funny both me and my co-worker thought we installed the Expression Blend for Silverlight 4 SDK.   Oh well.
