Getting a error " Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component" while using a draggable window in arcgis silverlight application.Thank you in advance.

If add draggable control in a grid row containing map then does not load the page..

Can you try to see if adding reference to .NET assembly "System.Windows.Controls.Data.Input" will fix the error?
