Dyanimic (SharpGIS) legend?

I've successfully implemented SharpGIS legend. Is there a way to filter this legend so it only displays visbile layers?

I think I found a solution for populating the legend dynamically. But I'm having trouble getting a new image from the soap service as it seems to use cached images. I will be following the thread that discuss this issue (http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/5302-Legend-and-SOAP-method).
