Does arcgis provide a Pan cursor?

Is there a way for me to get a Pan cursor from arcgis api?

Not out of the box, but Silverlight makes it pretty easy to do. See:

Thanks!  Microsoft doesn't have the one I want (the hand it has is more applicable to a link than panning, but I will create a new cursor.  Just want to double check if ArcGIS has a map pan cursor before creating.
