I've made a custom web tool from a Notebook that takes an input point and runs ODCostMatrix to return the 3 nearest vehicles from a different feature layer.
When I run the web tool from a map viewer, the quickest execution speed I've seen is about 45 seconds. More often, over 1 minute.
Are there any tips for speeding up execution time for a custom web tool?
