Source for the widgets used by Thematic Mapping applications comes along with the source of the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex (beta) source. its under src\widgets\Samples\ThematicQuery. There is a config that comes with the source "config-thematic.xml" launching thematic viewer with this config will launch Thematic Mapping Viewer.
