Is ESRI planning to upgrade the Emergency Management COP Template to Flex 2.0 API/Viewer? Is there a plan, in general, for updating this and other ESRI templates as the Flex API evolves over time?
Yes, ESRI is planning to upgrade the EM COP template later this summer using the ArcGIS Viewer for Flex. We have already started on several other local government templates and are posting them on ArcGIS.com once complete. Check out the following groups:
