I have a hypothetical question. I have a customer that wants to develop a mapping application that shows where their customers are located. I would like to do it with ESRIs tools but I am unsure of the License Agreement. It specifically reads that a web application needs to be licensed at the Second Level Domain (SLD); however, if an organization has ArcGIS Server it gives them the ability to develop as many web applications as they want. My client has not purchased ArcGIS Server or Mapit and they are highly unlikely to do so.
What is the process my client needs to go through to license their SLD to begin building their webapp?
