Unable to extract ArcGIS api for Flex 3.0

I downloaded the api and when i extracted it it showed me "a file currupt" error. i  tried it in both winrar and winzip please suggest me what to do next.

Extraction cussess with default windows utility.
Extraction success with 7-zip utility.

I can not repeat your mistake.

7.zip worked but only 70% has been extracted.

Have you tried downloading it with Firefox or some browser other than IE9?

I have seen download corruption issues with that version of IE (some have had issues with IE8 as well).

Just a thought as it sounds like the download didn't complete successfully,
