Trouble running samples

I am having difficulty running a cpl samples.
"Editing a related table" and "Multiple related records"
First one... I never see the "incidents" layer, so I cannot click on features.
Second one... I can see well points, but when I click on them, nothing at all happens.
I have downloaded them and have same non-results locally.
FlashBuilder 4.5, Flex API 2.4, IE 9.

Most of the API samples use one of the "sampleservers" and sometimes some of these sample servers have temporary problems.  Usually if you wait a few hours (or so), it should be fixed.
