TOC and Legend issue

Hi All,

I am trying to combine TOC and Legend component together..wherein I want dynamic ON/OFF of layers along with their symbols. I there any sample code available in Flex API not in Flex viewer.

Thank you ibespalov for your quick response but I am using ArcGIS Server 9.3.1.. C the application does create a TOC but there are no legends.
