Select Feature and export to pdf datagrid using identify widget

I am trying to create a widget for the sample flex viewer 1.3 to export a selected feature into a pdf data grid using alive pdf. I have tried to follow different threads with no luck. Recently I tried to modify Roberts Identify widget to pass a selected parcel to a pdf data grid using the identifyarraycollection. I am able to get the pdf to pop up with the data grid, but the features are not being populated into the data grid. Not sure what I am doing wrong, any help would be appreciated

not sure if the zip file is coming through properly, tried a text file but was too large, so here it is in a word doc
