I.ve add a wee widget that others might be interested in. see link above.
A simple SFV 2.0 version to animate bookmarks of extents in the xml.
THe widget once loaded simply loops through the bookmarks one by one on a delay setting that you set in the config file along with the extents of the region

p.s. esri - wow, what an effort to load up, it's not clear your new website/code gallery etc ... not keen on it, plus it's not no RSS feeds, so I can't subscribe and check out the great work of others [ though i see not many are using it now 😞 ]
