I am working with Flexviewer 2.0 and I have run into a problem, the solution seems easy but it is just not coming to me. I am preloading a search widget and I also have a custom header loading that has several buttons. What I am trying to do is when the user clicks on one of the buttons in the header the components (labels, comboboxes, etc.) in the open widget change. In other words, have the buttons in the header determine what the user sees and is being allowed to search for in the widget. This seems simple enough but I am having troubles. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
