Not able to query when useamf = tru and return 403 forbidden

I'm trying to query the layer with useamf = tru but without success but when i set useamf = false it runs. now i saw the query on firebug it and fires the below request

http://testserver/arcgis/rest/services/testservice/FeatureServer/0/query?f=amf&returnGeometry=true&o...

It returns the status as 403 Forbidden. Pertinently when it browsed the above URL it returns the data. Yes I'm using Arcgis 10
